Map made in commission of Akzo Nobel (2011/2012). In 2011 Atelier Martijn Kessler did assignments for ING, Deutsche Telekom, Shell, Jacobs Engineering, Procter and Gamble, NFIA London, Norton Rose, the UvA, By Objectives and several private individuals.
A map made for a financial company Duff&Phelps. Used as business gift for all of their clients. The name of the capital city and the complex of factories a little bit south of it was named after the client and the company he worked for. Each map had different information and that made it a very personal gift. The map itself shows the AEX Index as a river, which is the index of the dutch stockmarket. It shows also a little bit of the past and a view on the future. In the map you'll find also the products, divisions and the corporate identity of Duff&Phelps. Original A3 format 2010.
A fictitious map offers a view of the history of KPN Mobile. Made in commission for KPN Mobile to celebrate the company´s return to the parent company: KPN.

Map made through a workshop for Liberty Global, UPC’s parent company, the cable company. The map provides a clear image of the structures and processes prevalent in the cable company. It is filled with inside-jokes and trade jargon. The greater part of the map’s information was charted by Liberty Global’s staff themselves in a workshop preceding the map’s manufacture.*
A map made for a pharmaceutical company Menarini. Used as business gift for all of their clients. The name of the capital city was named after the client. Each map had different information and that made it a very personal gift. The map itself shows the process of migraine and the working of medicine frovatriptan.

Above you see maps developed for Ordina and By Objectives as orientation and navigation tools for internal en external communication. A workshop and several brainstorm sessions were used to realize the maps.
Map made for the announcement of a marriage (A5 format). On the map the love story of the couple to be is depicted. The two rivers symbolize the life of the couple.

Map made for BAM for one of its directors. On the map you will see an image of her career and course of life. Also you get a good idea of the history and structure of the different building companies who played a role in her life.
